- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground sumac optional, for garnish
- Flatbreads grilled tomatoes, and fresh herbs (parsley, mint) for serving
Prepare the Meat Mixture:
