Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for spice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for balance

For Garnish & Serving:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Season the Chicken

  • In a bowl, toss chicken bites with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken bites and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
  • Once melted, stir in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice and honey, stirring well to combine.

Step 4: Coat the Chicken & Serve

  • Return the chicken bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
