For the Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry:

- 6 oz smoked sausage chicken or beef, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for spice
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
- 1 tablespoon sriracha optional for heat
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water to thicken
For Garnish & Serving:
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
