Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Balsamic Glaze:

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Balsamic Glaze

  • In the same pan, add balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
  • Stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Step 4: Finish Cooking

  • Return chicken to the pan, coating it in the balsamic glaze.
  • Cover and let cook for 8-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
