Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated

For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce or extra hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for spice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Ramen Noodles

  • Boil ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes until just softened.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken slices, season with black pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.

Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables

  • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stirring for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Step 4: Combine & Toss

  • Return cooked chicken to the pan.
  • Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
  • Add cooked ramen noodles, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.

Step 5: Serve & Garnish

  • Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
