For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
- 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot julienned
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce low-sodium preferred
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce or extra hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for spice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
Step 1: Cook the Ramen Noodles
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken slices, season with black pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stirring for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Step 4: Combine & Toss
Return cooked chicken to the pan.
Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
