Large Skillet For preparing the meat sauce.

For the Pasta:
- 8 ounces 225g shell pasta or your preferred shape 
- Salted water for boiling 
For the Meat Sauce:
- 1 pound 450g ground beef or lamb
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste 
- ¼ cup water 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
- 1 clove garlic grated or minced 
- Salt to taste
For the Spiced Butter Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika 
- 1 teaspoon dried mint 
For Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Cherry tomatoes halved
Prepare the Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in the ground meat, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
Add paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in tomato paste and water, combining thoroughly. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Assemble the Dish:
Place a serving of pasta on each plate. Top with a generous portion of the meat sauce.
